Why You Our Services Are Necessary
Notary services are necessary to ensure that a document is signed by you or a loved one (in the case of a POA) and not performed under duress or mental incapacity. Should a document’s authenticity be called into question in a court of law, having proof that it was legally notarized and witnessed proves legal validation.
Marriage is a legally binding union between two people and the inherent rights associated with such an event must be recognized by the government and in order to do so one must be licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia through the court system to Perform Rites of Matrimony.
Service of Process is necessary in all legal proceedings in order to prove to the Court that the other party has received proper notice of legal action against them. Sometimes a person does not wish to acknowledge this fact and avoids service, this is where we will do all possible due diligence to properly serve them with notice and prove they have been served to the court of record
Service if Process can be performed with an Affidavit of Service to be entered into the legal record showing that due diligence was made or achieved in a legal case. I will make 3 attempts at service along with photos of each attempt. Prior to the final attempt the client will have the opportunity to allow for Posted Service upon an unsuccessful personal service attempt.
