Jocelyn is a non-denominational minister licensed through the Commonwealth of Virginia. Her expertise as a member of the LGBTQ+ community allows her to provide services without judgement to all clients regardless of sexual orientation, gender and gender identity, religious affiliation or geopolitical status. Every client is always treated with the utmost respect and will receive services signifying that they are the most important client. She has also been a commissioned Notary Public in the Commonwealth for 5+ years and is up to date on Notary rules and laws passed and enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia on a yearly basis. As a Process Server she will make every reasonable attempt to serve your legal documents utilizing best-practices in accordance with the guidelines and requirements of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS).

Tyonna Southers is our newest Virginia Commissioned Notary. As such, she is eager to provide top-notch mobile notary services to Carroll County and the surrounding areas. This is her first time being a Commissioned Notary, however, she has been a witness to my notary services over the past 4 years and has eagerly studied all the recent changes in the notary laws and is ready to serve. Whilst she can serve all notary needs without any problems, I am always standing by to assist her or the client with any questions or concerns.
