Since being licensed to perform the Rites of Matrimony by the Commonwealth of Virginia, Jocelyn has performed over 100 weddings and still treats every couple as if it is the 1st and most special wedding she has performed. Every couple gets treated as if they are the only people on the planet and they are guaranteed to get the wedding they want and deserve, regardless if it is inside, outside, on top of a mountain or 3000ft in the air as seen in the photo below.
