I have been an Ordained Minister since 2013 and licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia to perform the Rites of Matrimony since 2020. I obtained my Commission as a Notary Public in 2020 and have maintained my knowledge base with each new law and regulation pertaining to the business of being a notary as they are passed by the Virginia General Assembly. I have only been working as a Process Server in Virginia and West Virginia for 3 years and take the necessary steps to ensure that your case is handled with the best practices and documented through time-stamped photos, subject signatures when receiving documents when possible, and filing of thorough Affidavits of Service/Non-Service within the Court system.

I have over 12 years of experience as a Minister, over 5 years as a Notary Public and over 2 years as a Process Server.

Legal recognition of documents is necessary and even more so when documents are from or going to a foreign country. Unlike many, I have an embossed stamper for this exact purpose as many contries do require it instead of an ink stamper.

Notary Signing Agents are not always able to be provided remotely by a real estate company. Because of this I offer this service to not only real estate firms but to customers buying or selling their home.
